This policy explains what personal information three55ai (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our enquiry form or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain.

What we collect

When you complete our enquiry form, we collect the details you provide:

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Business name
• Your answers about your goals, business size and readiness

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on the form.

Why we collect it & our lawful basis

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare for and arrange a call, and — where relevant — to send you occasional helpful emails about AI for your business. Our lawful bases are your consent (which you give by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run our enquiry process. They only process your data on our behalf:

• Google (Sheets) — to record and manage enquiries.
• Brevo — to manage contacts and send nurture emails.
• Calendly / Microsoft Teams — if you choose to book a call.

We never sell your data, and we don't share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to follow up and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing emails (every email has a one-click unsubscribe). To make a request, email hello@three55ai.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
