What's Driving AI Guilt in the UK
1) Permission: Google research has shown that often employees feel guilty about using AI, thinking it's a cheat. With the right permissions, teams using the technology at scale to make their jobs better is the way forward. Be clear on whats allowed and what's not, making sure people know that being efficient within the right framing is a good thing.

2) Documentation: governance, clarity and visibility are key factors in ensuring that not only AI, but any new process is adopted efficiently within a complex business. AI is changing at such a rapid pace, having documentation on rules, goal posts and how platforms/systems interact with each other is key to avoiding a 'runaway train'.

3) Training: Employers investing in AI training is a sign of encouragement, and shows teams that AI is part of the business's growth plan - this means people will be far more prepared and comfortable to work with it.
